Vuzix Blade 3000

Augmented reality and virtual reality are not the same, although they have common elements. The first is to improve reality by adding objects to it through our senses. While the second takes us into a world that does not exist to see or live different experiences. It is clear that the virtual world is fully implemented, while the augmented reality still has enough travel to reach that level. Today we present an augmented reality sunglasses, the Vuzix Blade 3000.

It is true that we already have in the market with different products of augmented reality, but as we said at the beginning we still have to attend its definitive takeoff. Within a few weeks will be presented the Vuzix Blade 3000 intelligent augmented reality sunglasses. The framework chosen for this purpose will be CES 2017 to be held in Las Vegas next January.

Features of the Vuzix Blade 3000

The Vuzix Blade 3000 will serve to show who carries a virtual HUD about the real world. This will use the information provided by the mobile phone with which you connect.

The glasses will give us benefits similar to those of a smartwatch, since we will be able to do with them some actions without having to use our mobile. This is possible thanks to the use of an optical technology of their own, which makes them able to dump all the information of the smartphone on the reality that we see through the glasses.

In addition, these smart sunglasses have a high definition camera, touch pad and can also follow the movements of our head thanks to the sensors with which it counts.

The Vuzix Blade 3000 glasses are compatible with both Android and iOS. Although we know when they will be presented, we still do not know when they will come to market or at what price.
